This spacious third-floor beachfront condo at Westwinds is the perfect destination for your next family vacation. Located directly on the beach in SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort, this larger two-bedroom floor plan offers breathtaking Gulf views, two private balconies, and plenty of room for everyone to relax.
The beautifully remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area that's perfect for family meals. Tastefully decorated with numerous upgrades throughout, this condo combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable beachfront location.
Step onto your private balcony and enjoy the fresh Gulf breeze while overlooking the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches that make Destin famous. Spend your days lounging by Westwinds' spectacular resort-style beachfront pool, relaxing in the hot tub, letting the kids enjoy the separate kiddie pool, or grabbing lunch and drinks from the seasonal poolside snack bar. With the included golf cart, exploring the resort is even easier.
After a day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV or retreat to one of two spacious bedrooms.
The primary suite features a king-size bed, stunning Gulf views, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has been upgraded with two full-size beds, making it ideal for families or groups. It also features a flat-screen TV, beautiful Gulf views, and an adjoining bathroom with two separate vanity areas, making it easy for multiple guests to get ready at the same time.
Westwinds is widely regarded as one of the premier beachfront buildings within SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort. Guests enjoy direct beach access, one of the area's finest resort-style pools, a seasonally heated pool, hot tub, waterfall, tropical landscaping, seasonal snack bar, and a first-class fitness center overlooking the beach. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also included throughout the building.
From the moment you arrive, you'll experience the relaxed coastal atmosphere that keeps families returning year after year to create unforgettable beach memories.
We currently manage seven Westwinds condos, and every condo includes two complimentary beach chairs located inside the unit for your convenience.
House Rules
- During Spring Break and Summer, we prefer Saturday-to-Saturday reservations. Please email us if you need an exception. If you see a bookable gap between reservations, you are welcome to reserve it.
- Primary renter must be 25 years or older and remain with the group throughout the stay.
- No smoking or vaping.
- No pets. No exceptions.
- A signed rental agreement is required before access information is provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
- A $500 refundable security deposit is required if you would like to use the golf cart. Drivers must be 21 years or older and provide a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity. While we make every effort to have it available, availability cannot be guaranteed due to unexpected maintenance or mechanical issues. No refunds will be issued if the golf cart is unavailable during your stay.
