We are serious about your safety here at Skis and Seas.
Here is what we are doing to keep both your family and our family safer during this unprecedented time.
Cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning!
Our teams are using cleaning and disinfecting protocols/products after every guest departs and before the next guest arrives to ensure all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected properly. We are inspecting after the cleaners and before your arrival to ensure the property’s cleanliness. We are following the CDC guidelines, wearing protective gear, and taking extra care with high traffic touch zones like remotes, light switches, doorknobs, and more.
BYOB, if you want to!
We have removed the big, bulky comforters and all of the decorative pillows. They are nice to look at of course, but we are streamlining our bedding to only include the expertly laundered linens and basic blankets. This insures that not only every single item on the bed is washed every time, but it allows for guests to easily wash their own bedding in the units that have washers and dryers, should they want to. We are also encouraging all of our guests to bring their own bedding, if they want to. We are letting items like pillows “rest” between guests to ensure they have more than 3 days before they are used again.
Contact free service
We have always had a hassle-free check in with codes or keys and parking passes mailed to guests prior to their arrival. You have never had to wait in line at an office on the day that you check in and that is even more important now that we are trying to reduce personal contact. We will also be scheduling any maintenance requests for times when our guests are not in their properties and our handymen will be washing their hands between each and every service call as well as wearing masks when they are on duty.
Suggestions for our guests to enjoy a healthy and safer vacation
As we all adjust to this new normal with social distancing and working from home, recreation and relaxation are more and more important. We think that getting outside, weather it is at the beach or the mountains, is essential to a healthy and productive life. With that in mind, we are reminding everyone to wash their hands!
Beyond the commonsense ideas of washing your hands frequently, staying home if you’re sick and keeping a good social distance, here are some guidelines from the government How to protect yourself and others
