  • When do I get the access codes to the condo?

    We email them to you the Wednesday before you arrive. Please print them out.

  • How do I reserve a condo?

    You can either book online call 850-399-0316 or send me an email at with your dates and which condo you want to book.

  • What is the damage deposit?

    As a part of your stay, you may purchase a damage waiver designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1000-2000 depending on the property size. Any damages that exceeds the waiver will be charged to the credit card on file. The only people covered are the people registered on the rental agreement. If you do not wish to purchase a damage waiver, the security deposit of $1000 to $2000 would be required depending on the size of the unit. You have to email me within 24 hours of making the reservation at to inform me that you would like to choose the refundable security deposit option.

  • How does the damage deposit work?

    Please report all damaged and/or broken items to ASAP. You must report the accidental damage by sending an email with picture prior to check out time or it is not covered under the damage waiver. When you report a damage you will always get a confirmation number back. If you did not receive a confirmation number it has not been properly reported.*If you chose NOT to have protection and we have your Security Deposit – Report all issues immediately upon your arrival or you may forfeit all or some of your deposit.

  • What to bring?

    To start off your stay the condo will have: a roll of paper towels, a couple of trash bags and dishwasher detergent packs in the kitchen. A roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and a hotel size soap and shampoo set. Many guests who plan on taking advantage of our full kitchen and laundry bring extra dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent/softener, shampoo, hair dryer and beach towels.

  • Can I use the Shuttle Service when I am a guest at the Sandestin condos?

    Yes, all of our Sandestin condos come with free use of the shuttle. Please see Home page for shuttle map.

  • What are the check in and check out times?

    Our check begins at 4pm. Check out is at 10 am.

  • Can I have an early check in or a late check out?

    An early check in or a late check is sometimes possible.. If you would like a guaranteed check in by 2pm, this may be possible if you email me prior to Wednesday. If it is possible, there is a $50 fee.

  • Do you know a company where i can rent baby equipment and bicycles?
  • What are some fun activities?
