How It Works

Every guest who books a stay with Skis and Seas — whether directly or through a third-party platform — is automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. After each completed stay, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed toward future direct bookings made through www.skisandseas.com.

Earning Points

You’ll earn loyalty points based on the qualifying portion of your stay.

Point totals may vary depending on season, rate type, and booking platform.

Points are generally calculated from the nightly rental amount, excluding taxes, fees, and add-ons.

All completed bookings are eligible, whether made directly or through Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms.

Points are automatically issued within 5 business days after checkout.

Redeeming Points

2 points = $1 off your next stay.

Points can be redeemed only on direct bookings made through www.skisandseas.com.

No minimum number of points is required to redeem.

Your available points are automatically applied to your next eligible stay when booked using the same name and email address as your previous reservation.

Points cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

Additional Terms

Loyalty points cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, or special offers.

Points apply only to the qualifying rental amount and exclude taxes, cleaning fees, and add-ons.

Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

Points do not expire as long as you complete a stay with us at least once every 24 months.

Points can only be earned on stays of 14 nights or fewer.

Skis and Seas reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time.

Opting Out

All guests are automatically enrolled in the program. If you prefer not to participate, simply choose not to book with us again for a discount—no further action is needed.
