This spacious, beachfront, three bedroom, three bathroom thirteenth floor condo is a perfect place to spend a family vacation. It features a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and adjacent dining area with seating for 10. Enjoy the fresh gulf breezes off the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your roomy private balcony overlooking one of the nicest beaches among Destin and South Walton’s renowned sugar white sand beaches. The balcony faces directly south and southwest and is directly beachfront. The balcony truly has some of the best beach and Gulf of Mexico views in SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort. Take the elevator down to a refreshing day by the expansive resort style pool complete with separate kiddie pool, and hot tub area not to mention the seasonal snack bar that is an easy hassle free option for lunch or drinks. Or head out to your choice of one of many adventures on the resort or around the Destin area. This condo was completely redone in 2016 with all new furniture and appliances, and is very nice.
 
At the end of your fun filled day, relax in the nice living area with a large flat screen TV and upgraded sleeper sofa, or one of the three roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin’s famous beaches and attached bathroom complete with double vanity and tub shower combo.
 
The second master bedroom has a flat screen TV, king sized bed with an attached, spacious bath complete with separate vanity area that make it super easy for multiple people to shower and get ready at the same time without getting in each other’s way. The second master bedroom also has awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
 
The third bedroom has a flat screen TV and some of the best bunk beds in SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort. These twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds can sleep up to five. This room is made for cousins. One of our guests even called it the “Cousin Cave.” Give this kids their own special separate room away from all of the adults and they will be talking about it for years to come and will want to return.

Westwinds is the nicest beachfront building at SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort. It is directly on the beach and has many amenities that will keep you and your family returning year after year. Westwinds has the nicest resort style pool on the beach that is heated seasonally and a fitness center that is first class. From the moment you arrive at Westwinds you will feel the charming southern beach charm that embraces you for your entire vacation. The design of Westwinds is to relax the vacationers. Westwinds’ fitness center overlooks the pool and beach with wonderful views, so it is easy to work out or even do a little cross training while on vacation. Westwinds has some of the fastest and most reliable free WIFI of any building on the beach in case you have to catch up on emails or if your idea of surfing has nothing to do with being in the water

During Spring Break and Summer, we only rent Saturday to Saturday. Sometimes we have a gap and are able to accommodate shorter stays or different day check in. Email to ask if that is the case please. otherwise we will not honor the reservation.
